About Me
I’m a registered Child Psychotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I believe that meaningful change begins with being truly heard.
People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore whatever is bringing you here at your own pace. I work collaboratively, with warmth, curiosity, and respect, and with an understanding of how life experiences can shape the way we feel, think, and relate to others.
Therapy with me offers space and time to explore what you are carrying, make sense of patterns that may no longer serve you, and work towards greater clarity and self-compassion. I don’t see therapy as something that is “done” to you. Instead, it is a shared process built on trust, compassion, and understanding.
I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing on evidence-based practice while staying attuned to your unique story. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling uncertain, that’s okay. We can begin exactly where you are.
